Diplomats and Other Government Officials

Diplomats traveling on official business will not be required to appear at the Embassy to participate in the biometric program.  Diplomats must complete the OF-156 application, and send in one passport-size (5cm x 5cm) photograph with a white background for each applicant, along with a diplomatic note specifying the name of the applicant, their passport number, describing their position within the government, the nature of their travel and the official government functions they will be performing during their visit to the United States.
