On November 14, at 7:09 pm, U.S. Ambassador to Equatorial Guinea Donald C. Johnson and his wife arrived in Equatorial Guinea. At the airport in Malabo, Ambassador and Mrs. Johnson were received by a delegation from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, International Cooperation and Francophone Affairs, headed by the Director General of Protocol; and by U.S. Embassy Deputy Chief of Mission Sarah Morrison along with U.S. Embassy staff. Since the mid-1990s, Equatorial Guinea has not had a resident ambassador from the United States. The arrival of the Ambassador Donald C.
